Delete your account

You can delete your LeisureRyde account and all associated data directly in the app, or request deletion here without reinstalling it.

Send a deletion request

Email us from the address linked to your account, with the subject line "Delete my account." Include the phone number you signed up with so we can locate your account.

We verify it's you

We may reply asking you to confirm details on file, such as your registered email or the last four digits of a recent trip's fare, to make sure no one else can delete your account.

Your data is deleted

Once verified, we permanently delete your account and associated personal data, as described below.

We process deletion requests within 40 business days of verifying your identity.

What gets deleted

Your profile — name, email, phone number, photo
Your ride history, including pickup/drop-off addresses
In-app chat messages with drivers or riders
Push notification tokens and device identifiers
Your saved places and payment method references

What we may retain

We retain a limited record of completed transactions (date, amount, trip reference) for as long as required by tax and accounting law, even after account deletion. This data is kept only for that legal purpose and is not used for any other reason.
